We consider every search process a collaboration with you. We work in close partnership with you and your team to connect you with the best industry experts in our network. We pride ourselves on our high degree of personal involvement with you throughout the search process. Because our client’s goals become our goals, many of our clients consider us as an extension of their organizations.

Determining your needs

The search process begins with us getting as much information from you as possible about what you’re looking for in a job candidate. We’re as thorough as possible at this stage, as it’s important to us to truly understand your needs and wants. We collaborate with you to define the responsibilities, requirements, organizational goals and culture of your company so that we can find the best candidates based on experience and personality.

We qualify and present candidates

In this stage, we launch a recruiting campaign, tapping our extensive database and referral network to locate qualified candidates. We conduct in-depth interviews with candidates we think are potential fits, and gauge their ability to meet your expectations.

From our interviews, we present you with the top matches, usually three, depending on the type of search, and arrange  interviews on your behalf.

Our ongoing communication

We believe regular, open communication is the key to a successful search. Rest assured: we will be in contact throughout the progress of the search.

Because this is a partnership, your feedback is appreciated throughout the search process. As you interview candidates, you are invited to let us know how well (or not) they fit your needs so that we can tweak our future efforts.

Final selection and negotiation

Once you have chosen your preferred candidates, we provide written and detailed references. And once you have made your final selection, we will guide you through the offer negotiation process, ensuring that, together, we make an offer that is fair to both you and the final candidate.

Our job doesn’t stop there. We continue to follow up with you for the first year of the candidate’s employment. We work to assist the candidate and you through the transition of hiring, and we remain in contact to make sure you are satisfied with the placement.
