A retained search gives you prioritized, dedicated time and resources, and provides you with exclusive submission of candidates presented for the search. If you have an urgent position that must be filled within a specific amount of time, a high level addition to your executive team, an extremely specialized position, or a confidential replacement, a retained search may be the best option. This option allows your payment to be made over three payment periods at separate points in the search cycle. It also ensures that the candidates we present will not be presented to other companies during the interview process.
A contingency search agreement allows us to work on any or all of your staffing needs. You pay a service fee equal to a percentage of the candidate’s salary only once you have hired a candidate from us.
The monthly engagement option is for companies that have multiple open requisitions or are experiencing rapid growth and need a full-time recruiting resource over a set period of time.You will be charged a monthly fee for our services and a small percentage per candidate placement, saving you thousands of dollars in contingency or retained search fees.
