A: We have several options that we can tailor to fit your individual needs: retained, contingency, and monthly project retainers.
Our retained search option gives you dedicated time and resources to your search and exclusivity. The retained search also allows the payment of services to be made over time.
Our contingency service allows us to work on any or all of your current staffing needs. You are billed only once you have hired a candidate from us.
Our monthly project retainer is an option for companies that need a fulltime, dedicated recruiting resource to fill multiple positions over time. During this contract period, you will be charged a monthly fee and a small percentage per candidate placement, saving you thousands of dollars in contingency or retained search fees.

A: No, candidates never pay a fee to work with us. Our clients always pay our service fees to find top talent to join their organization.
