Business Development Manager - PR Agency

West Coast based integrated communications agency. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager. This person will be responsible for:

* Researching, identifying and helping to pitch and win new business through various channels
* Present solutions to clients in response to RFP’s and proactive reaching out
* Research and incorporate a creative process
* Work with senior staff and help improve business strategies and forecast
* Position can grow into being a part of the core management team helping lead and shape the agency

We’re looking for someone with 7+ years experience and some experience in the communications field. Telecommuting is an option, though the first few months there may be some travel to the HQ office.
