Lindsay Olson founded Paradigm Staffing in 2001 and has been recruiting in the public relations industry since 1997. She drives all business development and client relations for Paradigm Staffing.
Lindsay started her career in the recruitment industry at Management Recruiters International where she established a new market niche in the Enterprise Software industry focusing in marketing, public relations, and sales positions. She was recognized as a record setting producer in the office during her tenure and ranked in the top 2% of recruiters in the Pacific Region. In addition, she was the Branch Manager of a temporary staffing agency, Select Personnel. Lindsay is fluent in Spanish and also manages our Latin America division.

Jolie Downs joined Paradigm Staffing as Partner in 2004 after building her own recruiting agency, Downs & Associates. She manages the public relations and communications recruiting practice and supports the search efforts for all of our clients. She began her recruiting career with Management Recruiters International and was responsible for growing the electronics and networking division. Jolie was a recognized top producer and ranked in the top 3% of recruiters in the Pacific Region.
Jolie graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelors degree in Political Science and a concentration in Public Relations. She also volunteers with a local non-profit organization and manages its public relations efforts.
