Understanding your needs

We work closely with you to define and understand the assignment before starting the search process. We want to be as thorough as possible in this stage, armed with as much information as possible to help attract “hidden” talent. We spend the time upfront defining the responsibilities, requirements, organizational goals and culture so that we can determine the best candidates based on prior experience and personality fit.

Qualifying and presenting candidates

We begin by launching a recruiting campaign utilizing our extensive database and referral network to locate viable candidates. As we generate interest, we conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to gauge their background and their ability to meet your expectations. We present the top matches, usually three, depending on the type of search, and help arrange all in-person interviews. We counsel both our client and candidate on the needs and interests to ensure that everybody is on the same page.

Communication

We believe regular, open communication is the key to completing a search. You can be assured that we will be in contact about the progress of the search. Your ideas and feedback throughout the process are very important to us as the parameters many times evolve as the search continues.

We work closely with all candidates and believe in treating all parties with respect. We want to ensure that every candidate leaves the process with positive feelings about your company, so we advise timely and clearly communicated feedback and decisions.

Final selection and negotiation

We will provide all written and detailed references for selected candidates. Once you have made your choice, we will help you throughout the offer negotiation process ensuring the needs of both parties are fairly met.

Our job doesn’t stop there. We continue to follow up for the next year of the candidate’s employment. We help with the transition to the new position and stay in close contact with you and the candidate to ensure satisfaction in the placement.
