The plan is to work along side of the founders and mold this person into the head of the agency. They are seeking an entrepreneurial individual who will manage the company and steer continued growth. The VP, in consultation with and as part of the firm’s senior management team, develop and evaluate top-line strategy both internally and externally, assume responsibility for company growth, staff development, and continually aid in improving the firm’s profitability. The position entails roughly 30% business development and 70% client service and staff management. The agency prides itself on its family culture and work/life balance. We are looking for someone with 10-15+ years experience. An equity position, based on company performance, is being offered.
