Our client is a global integrated communications agency specializing in brand experiences, marketing strategy and public relations. We are on the hunt for a seasoned Account Manager to join their dynamic and multi-skilled campaign team to work across a roster of exciting clients ranging from fashion, lifestyle, and beauty to F&B and travel.

 The successful candidate will have proven media relations skills with a keen eye for storytelling, and a passion for all things PR. A keen interest in the media landscape as a whole is essential, along with established contacts within the lifestyle sector and an interest in the continual development of meaningful relationships within this space. Previous experience supporting the media relations delivery for integrated communication campaigns on behalf of brands is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of client scope of work, with an extremely attentive eye for detail, ensuring maximum momentum toward client KPI’s
  • Demonstrate a strong grasp of wider strategic and commercial issues that impact a client’s campaign and brand, including the nature of a client’s business activities, market shifts, and new opportunities to grow their business
  • Demonstrate creativity, initiative, and proactivity in suggesting media/other marketing opportunities for clients
  • Strong database and network of journalists and contacts across verticals 
  • An understanding of the range of marketing disciplines including partnerships, creative strategy, content creation, experiential, and digital/social, in order to work collaboratively with the teams within Mission
  • Maintain full knowledge overall activities being undertaken for each client in your portfolio
  • Confident communication skills to present concepts and plans to new and existing clients
  • Ability to prepare high-quality tactical plans, ensuring results on all client reports match or exceed expectations
  • A proactive disposition in the day-to-day working relationship with clients – suggesting new opportunities and offering counsel where appropriate
  • Ownership of assigned budgets including preparation in line with company budgeting processes, implementation and reconciliation


Key Experience:

  • 4+ year’s experience in media agency and/or client services business
  • Strong ability to manage many production elements on varying timelines simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong organizational, detail, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including facility in managing and prioritizing projects with multiple and often competing deadlines, and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently, under supervision, and in a team-based and goal-oriented environment
  • Quick thinker, able problem-solver
  • Passionate, curious, proactive, and creative
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial, willing to try things he/she hasn’t done before
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to actively participate in the logistical and operational tasks of the actual event, as well as pre- and post-event activities
