Our client is a non-profit in Los Angeles dedicated to helping the workforce in the US maneuver complicated issues within their field. They’re looking to make an investment in a dedicated professional that desires stability and a collaborative role. You will be responsible for handling a wide variety of day-to-day creative/persuasive marketing and communication projects for the company. This position is responsible for leading, developing and managing all content related to internal, external, digital correspondence and communications specifically tailored to different core audiences (participants, apprentices, actives, retirees, etc.). Marketing and communication materials include posters, magnets, flyers, newsletters, manuals, brochures, how-to guides, welcome and first-time eligible packets. Other responsibilities include research, branding strategies, managing project plans and timelines, outreach and communication campaign strategies, proof content and text for syntax, grammar, usage, style, consistency, punctuation, clarity and provide recommendations and edits as needed. This position will also be responsible for managing the Internal Communications team and Translation team related to requests for content edits and proofreading of all translated documents.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or communications roles
- Strong experience with content writing and content development
- Ability to work with multiple types of audiences
- Strong project management skills
- Would be a plus to have:
- Spanish language skills
- Healthcare experience
