We are a recruiting agency specializing in public relations and marketing positions throughout the US. We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team. This is a virtual position, working from your own home office.

With 20 years in the industry, we are able to provide a steady stream of incoming searches to work on, many with clients who have worked with us for over a decade. As a recruiter, you will be sourcing, recruiting and qualifying potential candidates for our searches. A majority of your time will be spent pre-qualifying, phone interviewing and building relationships with potential candidates for our client’s open and future positions. You will be using various tools for research, take detailed notes about the candidates you source and recruit, present appropriate candidates for these searches, and work with those candidates throughout the recruiting cycle.

We’re looking for someone responsible, resourceful and has acute attention to detail. You should have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work autonomously and within a team, and pick up on new concepts quickly. You should enjoy and thrive in a self-directed, results-oriented environment. We appreciate hard work and focus on accountability, but we all enjoy plenty of time for our families, hobbies, and activities too.

Ideally, we would like to hire someone who has recently ventured out into an independent recruiting role but would like the underlying support of a team. If you have had experience developing your own clients and searches, we’d welcome the opportunity to expand the role.
