Our client, a prominent trade association, is seeking a Strategic Industry Programs Manager with a distinct blend of technical and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Business Development: As a Strategic Industry Programs Manager, you will be entrusted with leveraging new and existing relationships, paving the way for sustained growth and development.
  2. Account Management: Foster and maintain relationships with existing members and certified companies, ensuring their needs are addressed and their voices are heard.
  3. Project Management: Coordinate and manage various projects, ensuring they progress smoothly and meet the established goals.
  4. Engagement with Working Groups: Active involvement in collaborative groups discussing industry-relevant topics, from smart city initiatives to smart building standards. Your role will be pivotal in converting discussions into actionable programs and initiatives.

The Strategic Industry Programs Manager role represents an exciting opportunity to engage with various working groups and stakeholders, taking their insights and discussions, and transforming them into programs and initiatives with real-world impact.

While the role has an external focus, liaising with members, and implementing projects based on working group discussions, you will also work internally with various departments. Our client follows a hybrid work schedule, with three days in-office and two days remote, and offers designated “work anywhere” weeks throughout the year.

This position falls under the dedicated leadership of a hardworking and driven department head who values self-starters and high performance. A director-level position and a coordinator support the team. As Strategic Industry Programs Manager, you will hold significant supporting responsibilities with ample room for growth.

In return for your dedication and hard work, our client offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000, leaning towards the higher end, and a performance-based bonus system.
