Our client is an established integrated marketing and PR agency expanding
their NYC office. They are looking for an Account Director to work closely
with their VP/GM in leading office culture, supporting and overseeing
operations and managing multiple client engagements of varying sizes in the
B2B tech and healthcare tech spaces. This is a stellar agency that takes
employee appreciation seriously, where the President knows everyone’s names
and makes sure there is a healthy work/life balance. There is not a lot of
red tape allowing for an easy flow of creativity, which results in fun and
exciting projects.


  • 8-10 years of relevant agency experience working with tech and healthcare IT brands
  • Proven ability to seamlessly flex between big-picture strategic thinking, development and guidance, and assure high-quality execution of associated tactics
  • Experience managing multiple client relationships. Directors manage 7-8 clients with monthly budgets of $15K+
  • Experience selling in, helping to build and manage integrated marketing programs
  • Experience staffing and managing accounts with cross-office resources
  • Experience pitching and securing new business as a key member of the pitch team
  • Proven history of successful mentoring and developing employees
