As a Sr. Account Executive and Proposal Writer, you will leverage your exceptional writing skills and client management expertise to drive strategic communications, public relations, and business development initiatives.

This is a collaborative opportunity between two premier firms, focused on community and digital outreach, and the largest public outreach firm in the state for infrastructure, land use, energy, transportation, and water projects. We are seeking a passionate, creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a tangible impact.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of strategic communications and community outreach programs for our client's diverse portfolio
  • Draft compelling content, including strategic plans, technical documents, white papers, fact sheets, opinion editorials, and marketing collateral
  • Spearhead the proposal development process, from crafting outlines to writing all proposal sections, from approach to bios
  • Develop engaging social media campaigns and track their performance
  • Pitch creative ideas to earn impactful media coverage for our clients
  • Confidently communicate our public affairs and outreach services to prospective clients

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in public relations, technical writing, marketing, or community relations
  • Expertise in developing strategic communications, outreach, and business development materials
  • Familiarity with key messaging, branding, and public outreach best practices
  • Proven track record of managing and drafting responses to government or private sector RFPs/RFQs
  • Previous public relations agency experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field
