Here's Lindsay, Paradigm's proud founder who had the guts to kick-start her business dream in 2001, right in the middle of a financial roller coaster. Young and ambitious, she weathered the storm, moved from California to NYC and then teamed up with Jolie, where together they worked to make Paradigm a recognized name.

Lindsay is always on the go and in 2005, she packed up her bags for Argentina. Today, she calls the picturesque Sierras of Cordoba home, living in nature in an off-grid ecovillage. She's Paradigm's backbone, a fearless traveller, an Ashtanga yoga enthusiast, a dedicated mom of three, a hobbyist who loves crafts and music.


In her work, Lindsay's got a flair for connecting the right dots between clients and candidates, making the talent hunt feel more like a friendly matchmaking game.

When she's not nose-deep in work, Lindsay's embracing the break of dawn with her yoga practice, playing enchanting tunes on her harmonium and handpan, letting clay take shape under her hands, rock climbing with her teenage daughter, or efficiently cramming everything her family needs for their next escape into a modest 40-liter backpack.


Lindsay’s mantra is all about simplicity and finding joy in the journey. Whether she's deep in a professional challenge or trying to remember a knitting stitch, she dives in with an open mind, ready to take on whatever comes her way with her signature blend of wit and warmth.

Jolie is a seeker from the Bay Area who loves learning and experiencing new things. Not one to back away from a challenge, she set out to start her own company at a young age being told she would fail. Nevertheless, she persevered (😉), moving on to partner with Lindsay and help build Paradigm into a highly regarded, national, premier PR recruiting agency. Her inherent curiosity and desire to see people happy are a perfect combination for discovering key motivations and making those successful matches. She loves developing long-lasting and close relationships with her clients, always ready to help in any way possible. Jolie still works with the first clients she ever brought on, oh so many years ago.

A bucket list believer, Jolie loves planning for the next exciting and fun adventure or experience. She’s always adding new ideas (feel free to send thoughts her way) and checking items off the list (she actually keeps a tally). Her life loves include family and friends (she thinks her husband and kids are best ever, her family is best ever, her friends are best ever, you get the picture...), Melody the Mini Golden Doodle (she’s cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs over this dog), reading (she is voracious, reading well over 50 books a year), travel (she feels lost if there isn’t a trip to be excited about and planning for), being at the beach (she lives minutes from the ocean, it’s her happy/peaceful place), live music (she’s always on the lookout for live music, she believes dancing to live music makes everything better), playing games (ask Jolie if she wants to play and game and the answer is yes, she and her kids even play games at dinner) and making videos (her family and friends are subject to personal music videos for every significant occasion, insert eye roll here).
