01 Résumé

Keep your resumé updated and focus on your accomplishments. This is the key ingredient too many people are missing. Plus, it’s a good practice to get you ready to talk about what you achieved for your previous employers in an interview.

02 Communication

Always be timely with your responses to emails and voicemails. Stay positive and quickly follow up with all recruiters and hiring managers. Even if it’s not a role you decide to accept, these relationships and connections will come up again in your future. They will remember.

03 Interview

Be prepared and listen to your recruiter's interview tips. It’s always the little things that trip people up. If we’ve learned anything over our many years it’s this: It is not always the most qualified person who gets the job, it’s the person who interviews the best. Research everything you can about the company and people you’ll be meeting with in the interview.

04 Follow Up

Never forget the thank you note. Ever. If you didn’t get their email, find it. If you can’t find it, message them on LinkedIn or some other social site. The thank you note is more imperative than most realize.

When partnering with Paradigm you can be assured we work to find the best talent available for your open position. You’ll work directly with one of our account managers/partners as your dedicated point of contact, from taking on the initial requirements to closing the final offer.

With over 20 years in the industry, we know who is on the move, who is passively open to exploring, and what types of opportunities will interest certain people. We believe in quality over quantity. We don’t send resumés without speaking in depth with the candidate and being sure of the potential fit. We’re picky about which agencies and companies we recruit for so that we always attract solid talent.

Contingency Search

A contingency search is a good choice when you want the flexibility to continue the search on your own internally and if you want to quickly engage with us to fill your candidate pipeline. It’s straightforward and simple: You pay a service fee equal to a percentage of the candidate’s salary once you hire the candidate from us.

Retained Search

Our retained search option takes our service to another level. You’ll get priority, exclusivity, and 100% of your account manager’s time/resources We’d recommend the retainer when you have an urgent position to be filled in a specific period of time, need dedicated resources, or you’re making an extremely confidential hire. Our service fee is partially paid upfront and at distinct points throughout the hiring process.
