When partnering with Paradigm you can be assured we work to find the best talent available for your open position. You’ll work directly with one of our account managers/partners as your dedicated point of contact, from taking on the initial requirements to closing the final offer.

We don’t send resumés without speaking in depth with the candidate and being sure of the potential fit. A contingency search is a good choice when you want the flexibility to continue the search on your own internally and if you want to quickly engage with us to fill your candidate pipeline. It’s straightforward and simple: You pay a service fee equal to a percentage of the candidate’s salary once you hire the candidate from us.
