We're seeking a Media & PR Partner to develop and lead communications strategy for the holding company and its portfolio of operating companies. This is a unique opportunity to build a media function from the ground up, working as a solo contributor with significant creative freedom and strategic ownership.

The ideal candidate has experience as a business journalist at a reputable publication and brings a strong network across media, venture, and technology circles.  Our client is seeking a full-time Digital Advertising Manager to join their team. The Digital Advertising Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid digital media campaigns across the agency. This role focuses on strategy, technical execution, and analytics, partnering with account teams to ensure paid media is integrated seamlessly into client campaigns including advocacy efforts.

 This person must be located in Seattle, WA or San Diego, CA. The offices operate on a hybrid schedule, with 3 days onsite in either Seattle or San Diego. Travel is required up to 10-15% of the time. This role will include early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.

 $78,000-$95,000 (dependent on experience)

Develop paid media strategies for client campaigns, including channel selection, budget allocation by channel, audience targeting, and KPI setting

Manage the technical setup and execution of paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads at minimum; streaming and other platforms a plus)

Partner with account teams and designers to ensure creative assets are optimized for each platform; advise on best practices

They are seeking an individual who is ready to support unique communications needs by developing tailored strategies and tactics that get results.

 This person must be located within Phoenix, AZ. The office operates on a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite in the Phoenix office. Travel is required up to 10-15% of the time. This role will include early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.

Support executive team members on branding, public relations and marketing communications projects

Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients, maintaining communication, sharing updates, supporting client needs and building trusted relationships

Manage workstreams across multiple projects and disciplines, including task delegation, deadline tracking and quality assurance

Contribute to the development and implementation of PR, marketing, and communications plans, including research, strategy, and content development
