The Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses a minimum of 6 years of public relations experience, gained either at an agency or within a start-up technology, climate tech, or B2B company, with at least 2 years of experience in program development and team management.
• Demonstrates a deep understanding of crafting compelling key messaging and positioning statements for emerging products or companies, particularly within the energy, sustainability, or climate tech sectors.
• Exhibits exceptional writing and editing prowess, with a keen ability to transform complex ideas into clear, actionable program objectives and priorities.
• Showcases strong project management skills, adeptly overseeing multiple distinct teams and large-scale projects concurrently, while maintaining a proactive and independent work ethic.
