Paradigm Staffing is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Manager, Public Relations & Communications on behalf of a growing financial technology company operating in the digital-assets space.

This is a high-visibility, hands-on role with significant ownership of the company’s external communications. The Senior Manager will help shape the company narrative, strengthen its position across crypto, fintech, and financial services, and manage communications in a rapidly changing media and regulatory environment.

The ideal candidate can operate at two speeds: strategic enough to advise the CEO and senior leadership on positioning and reputation, yet hands-on enough to write the release, pitch the reporter, and secure the coverage.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the public relations function from strategy through execution and measurement across corporate, enterprise, consumer, and regulatory communications.
  • Develop and execute a proactive media strategy that positions the company and its leadership as authoritative voices in crypto, fintech, and financial services.
  • Write press releases, media statements, executive talking points, bylined articles, messaging frameworks, and other external communications materials.
  • Manage rapid-response and crisis communications related to regulatory developments, market volatility, company news, and fast-moving industry events.
  • Leverage and expand relationships with crypto, fintech, business, and mainstream financial media.
  • Prepare and accompany executives for interviews, panels, conferences, and other press engagements.
  • Provide communications counsel to the CEO and senior leadership on positioning, reputation, and emerging risks.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Product to ensure external messaging is accurate, timely, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Monitor media coverage, regulatory developments, and industry conversations in real time.
  • Manage multiple concurrent communications initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Establish meaningful metrics and use them to evaluate and strengthen the PR program.

What We’re Looking For

  • Seven or more years of experience in public relations or corporate communications.
  • Meaningful experience in crypto, fintech, financial services, or another highly regulated sector.
  • Established relationships with crypto-native, fintech, business, and mainstream financial media.
  • Exceptional writing skills and the ability to produce polished materials without extensive editing.
  • Experience with proactive media relations, executive communications, corporate reputation, and crisis response.
  • A strong working understanding of the regulatory environment surrounding crypto and financial technology.
  • The confidence and judgment to advise senior executives in high-pressure situations.
  • A proactive, action-oriented approach and the ability to manage several fast-moving workstreams simultaneously.
  • The willingness to remain directly involved in writing, pitching, and execution.
  • A calm, steady presence when news cycles, regulatory developments, or market conditions change quickly.

Why Consider This Role?

  • Take meaningful ownership of external communications for a company in one of the most closely watched areas of financial services.
  • Work directly with the CEO and senior leadership on important communications decisions.
  • Shape communications across corporate reputation, consumer services, enterprise audiences, and regulatory issues.
  • Combine strategic influence with direct involvement in media relations and content development.
  • Join a collaborative, international environment that values integrity, accountability, and innovation.
  • Receive comprehensive benefits, including performance-based bonus opportunities, healthcare coverage, generous paid time off, professional development, and flexible work options.
