Role Overview:

This position is an outstanding opportunity to helm significant accounts, instilling innovative communication strategies and inspirational leadership. The ideal candidate will be the driving force behind large brands, steering programs, and leading teams toward groundbreaking achievements. Your day might start with ideating big concepts and end with hands-on tasks like crafting messages and presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the senior agency contact, leading multiple programs and projects to ensure client satisfaction and adding value at every turn.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with senior clients, becoming a trusted advisor and delivering results that matter.
  • Direct initiatives in 360 food marketing, trends, and culture, staying ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving landscape.
  • Oversee and guide programs that drive earned media, digital, social, and influencer engagement.
  • Deliver creative guidance, offer big-picture thinking, and drive newsworthy concepts that spark conversation.
  • Present strategic, engaging, and persuasive ideas effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Design and implement strategic solutions, keeping a pulse on trends to alert teams and clients proactively.
  • Lead projects from conception through evaluation, emphasizing effective delegation and timely completion.
  • Manage account financials with precision, ensuring budget accuracy and project profitability.
  • Encourage constructive debate and welcome feedback to foster innovation and progress.
  • Build, lead, and develop dynamic teams, fostering respect and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant agency or corporate public relations experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a Master’s degree is desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in business growth and team management.
  • Willingness to travel or relocate as needed.
