They are currently in search of an Account Manager with hands-on PR experience, capable of leading multiple accounts across diverse B2B and deep tech landscapes. The ideal candidate will excel in building creative, proactive PR programs from the ground up, guiding teams, activating program work, and providing strategic advice to both clients and colleagues. This role involves partnering with firm leaders to craft compelling stories and strategies for accounts, leading execution, and often tackling the most innovative program goals.

The Account Manager will be a seasoned professional with a discerning eye for quality and a leadership style that sets the standard. They should be eager to engage in continuous learning and skill development, guiding their teams toward achieving their growth goals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of PR experience in an agency or tech startup, including at least two years of program development and team management.
  
• Expertise in developing key messaging and positioning for emerging products or companies.
• Adept at translating big ideas into concrete program objectives and priorities.
• Proficient in managing projects across multiple teams or large-scale projects.
• Media relations expert with advanced writing, editing, coaching, and teaching skills.
• Direct, transparent, and inclusive communication style, with a collaborative approach to PR.
• Proven ability to deliver sustained, high-quality work in fast-paced settings.
• A portfolio showcasing original ideas, expert execution, and strategic communication.

Salary & Benefits

Salary range: $85,000 - $100,000, based on experience.
