Are you skilled at fostering vibrant workplace cultures and enhancing employee experiences? We're looking for a dynamic professional to join our growing team in Employee Engagement and Internal Communications, available in any of our US offices.

Role Overview:

As a key agency contact for several client accounts, you'll lead and direct programs to ensure client satisfaction, bringing a value-added approach to all projects. We're seeking someone with a blend of energy, initiative, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Internal Communications Management: Handle internal communications, employee engagement, and HR communications programs across multiple industries. Your focus will include but not be limited to areas like culture communications, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Strategic Counsel: Provide senior counsel to nurture client relationships and deliver high-value work, impacting business decisions from a communications standpoint.
  • Innovation and Growth: Develop strategic internal initiatives, drive an entrepreneurial mindset, and continuously evolve offerings to clients.
  • Communication Excellence: Showcase strong communication and presentation skills to articulate ideas effectively. Your ability to write compelling content is crucial.
  • Business Expansion: Collaborate across the network to build a profitable, growing business. Identify growth categories and build compelling offerings around them.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budget allocation, client billing, and ensure profitability.
  • Industry Engagement: Stay abreast of developments, formulate agency POVs, and inspire actionable strategies.
  • Leadership: Provide visionary leadership, partner with, lead, and develop talent. Build a culture of belonging and drive the strategy of the group.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency or professional services environment.
  • Proven expertise in employee engagement, change management, internal communications, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, grow, and manage high-performing teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for business pitches, client meetings, and other role requirements.
  • Strong counseling skills for advising senior leaders on internal communications strategy and channels.
